The Club

Every discipline.
One community.

Most clubs make you pick a lane. Lifters lift, runners run, cyclists ride — and the people training across all of it end up training alone. Hybrid Club exists to change that.

We're a Sydney-based community for athletes who train across weightlifting, running, cycling, swimming and triathlon. Whether you're chasing a first parkrun, a bigger squat, or an Ironman finish line, you train alongside people who get it. Every session has options for every level — the standard is showing up, not keeping up.

01

Lift

Structured strength sessions built around the compound lifts. Muscle that performs, not just poses.

02

Run

Track intervals, tempo work and long runs. Every pace group, nobody dropped.

03

Ride

Weekend bunch rides with regroups. Coffee mandatory, watts optional.

04

Swim & Tri

Squad swims, open water and triathlon prep — from first splash to race day.

I'm from the Hills area in Sydney. I first found my passion in the gym, and over the years it's transformed into hybrid and triathlon training. I'm passionate about getting better in every discipline — swimming, cycling and running. The main reason we created this club is to connect young, like-minded people and bring them together — not just to train, but to build friendships. From personal experience, I know how isolating it is to only ever train by yourself.

I'm from the Hills in Sydney. I've found my love of fitness over the years — whether that's running, lifting weights, attempting a crazy Pilates move or simply cooking a high-protein meal. Fitness has changed my life for the better: the way I look at life and how I can improve, to become the best version of myself. As a nurse I know first-hand how important living a healthy life is — from two litres of water a day to eight hours of sleep. Hybrid Club is a place where I hope we can share a similar journey, and if not, help each other along the way. Can't wait to see you all out there. xxx
